Customer Service!!!!!!
I was asked to submit an online form relating to "claimed" wheel damage by their representatives @Heathrow - Green Motion.
This I did on 27th July. Evening of 11th August I received request for photos I had taken.
This I did on morning of the 13th August, Since then, ABSOLUTELY no response at all. On the 1st September, I sent "Sam" another reminder. RESULT: absolute silence. Don't bother wasting your time on this "process", it is simply their mechanism to "pretend" they will investigate Customer experiences.
