I rented a car from the Usave in Tampa FL near the airport. The car they rented me was on the list for recovery due to it was under repossession. The vehicle was towed away while I was having dinner less than 24hrs from receiving the vehicle. It was towed to a storage lot with all of my personal items including my laptop for work. I was there visiting my mother who was in the hospital. She has now just recently passed away. I had to wait 4 days before I could get my items returned to me. It cost my time from visiting my mother, canceling and rescheduling my flight and time missed from work. The location there did refund my money for the rental which was not what was agreed to when I reserved the vehicle. Other than that they have not offered any restitution for this incident including the Corporate office near Jackson ms. Do not use this location or any of the other Usave car rental locations. Note this is an international company. I RREPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!
