All went very well until I received my T-shirt with a security device still attached to it. I then tried to contact customer service but no option allowed me to explain the issue. I also went through the options to return the item, but, once again I had no option available to explain WHY I wanted to return the item. I would advise USC to allow their customers to contact them without predetermined options only, It would be really helpful.
