It has been 1 week, and I still have no email to confirm my collection. I went into store to check, in case there had been an issue and one parcel was there but no other so I cannot collect. I am very confused and likely will not order again. A waste of my time, taking too long and frankly ridiculous service considering I paid £5 delivery for it to go into store anyway. Disappointing.
