Choose drop off shop when ordered from the list provided by you. After week waiting got email that my parcel has been delivered, unfortunately when ask about parcel in shop, lady behind counter informed me that they never got it and they don’t do Hermes only DPD. Spoke to Hermes, they asked me to go back to seller, after informing you about situation, got email back that can take couple days to come back to me. Paid for goods that hasn’t been delivered, got email they has, been to another shop near that patently do Hermes, spent time to resolve situations and still don’t even know where is my parcel Waisting of time and money
