USCES was good with what they delivered(Final Output) but they can improve on communicating the timeline to the customer, In my instance they have initially communicated to me that they will be providing the expert opinion letter in 48 hours but they took 10 days to deliver it and in this period I was not able to get any definite answer. I was on very strict timeline and if it got any late I would have been in serious trouble. Thankfully everything worked out in the end.
