I requested on several occasions that my evaluated copy be mailed to my school district and even proposed that my card be charged for the service on my last mail and up to date I haven't gotten any response. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that the reason for the evaluation was for the payroll so i could be placed on the salary scale. As it stands now, it is as good as i wasted money for this evaluation since my school district hasn't received it for they want it directly mailed to them in a sealed envelope from the accredited evaluation company. I am really disappointed.
