The first translation of my document was is in very poor English. It was barely understandable. I made many corrections over several weeks and they were sometimes taken into account. But later, older versions containing mistakes I had corrected were sent to me and I was never able to get a proper English language document from usces. Communication was very inefficient and it took about two and a half months and about $230 to get a bad quality document. They also overcharged me as a result of misreading my directions.
