The contact person I worked with perception of doing business was his time was much more valuable than mine. Instead of listening to my questions of what is required he would say your lawyer needs to give us the right information. Do I need to request this from the lawyer or do you, knowing he still hasn't informed me of the info required. Then he try to explain it by using office personnel's first names as though I was familiar with my lawyers office personal and your companies. Every time I had to wait on hold or wait to be called back, it was due to him not getting the proper information. Then when I would have to call the lawyers office and figure by first name who worked for who and what info was needed, it was your company that was lacking on the process. A lot of time was wasted due to your employees inability to process his jobs situational awareness and acquirer all the information possible from client then the lawyer and then your company. Instead he needed to be spoon feed, and all the time talking as though his times money and he knows what he is doing, so don't ask questions because I am very busy. Then when their was a breakdown in the process it was due to him not providing or acquiring the proper information.
