I have used US Mobile for several years. It's been great as I could choose my plan that fits me and top off when I use a little bit more. Over the years rates and plans magically seem to get better and better as they've started to streamline their services. But no matter the change, the customer service has always been stellar. A CSR rep was able to ship me a new SIM card after my other no longer worked (I was overseas for a year). The new SIM card came 1.5 days earlier than expected. After I waited 24 hours to reactivate my account I got in touch with Omema via chat, he came through and pushed my activation along and it's like I never left.
