I have been a customer of US Mobile for 4 years. I purchased 2 new phones today at the apple store and they could not get my US mobile SIM cards to work in my new phones. When I got home with the new phones I called to get help getting my phones working and the first guy I talked with was no help at all. The second guy I talked with told me I needed to call back on another line to get help. Once my husband got home and I could use his phone, I called back and ended up talking with Aaron Wiley. Aaron was super patient and helpful assisting me and got my new phones working right away. I am retired so not too technological savvy, but Aaron was very kind and helped my through each step of the way in a courteous and respectful manner. I will always ask for Aaron if I need help in the future. Hang on to this employee as he is the kind that will retain customers and keep me recommending US mobile to my friends and family.
