I switched to US Mobile few days ago and was having trouble to connect to internet service. I called few times to customer service, they try to help but to no avail, of course I was disappointed and was ready to find another provider till I was connected to Ms. Fatima Zahra . She made my day..super professional, knowledgeable and patient. She spent an hour or more with me going for different settings patiently navigating me through till she nailed it.
