My IT support, Saif, was extremely helpful, highly knowledgeable and very efficient when helping me to get the sim card to work in my phone!!! I definitely could not have done it without him!! He was patient and encouraging. To be honest, this was probably one of the best interactions I have had with support with ANY other company!!!!
