The BEST customer service and technical expertise I have ever experienced in my 40+ years of life. After speaking with over 10+ representatives at US Mobile, and multiple "case escalations" across 4 days, a short call with Rafia was able to resolve my issue. She is the best at what she does and has the patience, positive attitude, and confidence that can fix any complex issue. I hope I never have another issue but if I do, I'm definitely calling Rafia!!
