Just completed a successful support call with Nobel whom was extremely helpful. Nobel was patient and very thorough in making sure my MMS messages issue was resolved on the first call. My wife was also experiencing MMS issue and Nobel was able to quickly resolve the issue as well. It's this kind of support that will keep us as customers with U.S. Mobile. We really appreciated all of Nobel's assistance.
