Ammar Shauket has got to be one of the best customer service reps that I have ever talked to on the phone. He has a lot of patience with customers that are new to smart phones and the technology involved. He was on the phone with me for over 45 minutes and would not hang up or put me on hold until he made sure that everything was working correctly and all my questions were answered. If I have any other issues I really hope that he answers the call. He never once tried to rush me or make me feel uncomfortable asking any questions. He is exceptional! More companies need to have reps like Ammar. Finding an employee that is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly is very rare so this company should be proud to have him on the team.
