Umair was patient with me as he explained what happened and why, how to resolve the issue and timing in relation to my bill cycle and the difference from bill cycle to plan cycle. I recommend US Mobile to my family and friends and invite all to step away from the big carriers and try this up and coming carrier for great plans at good pricing, especially under pooled plans, Family Unlimited plans, and you can even create your owm custom plans. They have BETTER customer service when you need it. True every now and then I get an agent that doesn't understand me...but I ask for a new agent and usually that next agent understands they need to make up, and when I treat them with respect always, the outcome has been positive.
