I made the switch from Verizon to US Mobile. More lines, half the cost! I hope the cell service I receive is as great as the customer service I received from Aysha. I did need some help getting my phones set up and running. Aysha was SUPER. She was very patient, walked through the steps with me, and fixed the stuff that I messed up. One of the reasons I chose US Mobile over other off-name-brand carriers is because of the positive things I heard about their customer service. I can say without a doubt that they have great customer service...and you can talk with a real human!
