Sheryar Khan spent all morning helping my port my number over to US Mobile. It took all of 2 minutes on the US Mobile side; the problem was my old carrier. Sheryar stayed on the line and communicated the problem to their representatives for me. We had to call twice and he was right there with me. When we finally reached somebody competent, he explained my situation and got it solved. Because of Sheryar, I am now a loyal and happy US Mobile customer. Get this, he even called back and walked me through testing my phone's functionality on this new plan (text, calls, voicemail etc.).
