I have talked to 3/THREE of your support people today and ONLY 1/ONE of the 3, the last person I spoke with (who's name is Zen) solved my problem the 1st time and actually followed up by calling me back as promised, BUT really did so unlike the other 2 "support people" who were obviously happy to see me off the phone with those "support people".
I was looking forward to doing the survey for his great attitude, knowledge, humble,customer service abilities and work BUT there was no survey after our call ended ???, perhaps it was my fault BUT I want to make sure that he gets acknowledged for his abilities as he SAVED your company a customer from leaving your service because I was beyond disgusted with the 1st 2 "support" people I experienced today.
I STILL want to do the survey so PLEASE send it to me, as I promised Mr. Zen I would do the survey and I am a man of my word, send me THE link that will allow me to heap praise upon Mr. Zen!!!
He's the best "support" person I've dealt with from your company and you SERIOUSLY do NOT want to lose him! unlike the previous 2, though I only want to share my positive 11 out of 10 marks for your Mr. Zen!!!
