Experienced No Service this am ! Called your 878# & was blessed to get “ Kaiser!! I’m 74 yrs old & very ignorant about phones!!! Kaiser was VERY PATIENT & VERY RESPECTFUL! He walked me through every step with KINDNESS!!! He accomplished our goal ,& checked & rechecked to made SURE , I had All my services back !! I was having difficulty with a health issue & needed to contact someone for assistance, when I found this !! Kaiser has expertly taken care of this issue!!
