Today I had an excellent experience working with Anum to activate service for my Father's Kyocera Dura XV and my iPhone X. She was knowledgeable and exact in her instructions. She demonstrated patience as this was the first time we have switched carriers. She answered all of my questions. She delivered excellent customer service and it was a pleasure to speak with her. She has a great attitude and is an asset to U.S. Mobile! Every time I've called US Mobile, I have had a great experience with each customer service representative I've spoken to, and I've added Anum to the growing list of individuals who do an excellent job there!
