I am a fairly new customer with US Mobile and just made my first call to make a few adjustments to my 2 lines. I spoke with Usman and he really helped me quite a bit to get on the best plan for my wife and I. He was very helpful, polite and respectful. I appreciate the opportunity to speak with him.
