I was having a lot of difficulty getting my phone to recognize my SIM (e or physical) Saha Noor spent over and hour across several phone call to help me get it working. She was extremely kind, patient, and demonstrated great work ethic.
My only disappointment was with the porting process from Visible to USMolbile. My number got stuck and it took 5days to activate. In the future choose a physical SIM!
