Ahsan Ejaz, was being an extremely kind, patient, and helpful rep even when I was being short & rude, I’m sorry and thank you again Ahsan! I did not get my issue resolved in this transaction and first time correspondence with this Rep but that’s because yet again I may have an issue with a defective phone, even though the manufacturer and prior carrier says it’s all A-OK.
Regardless, that I did not get what I wanted from US Mobile in the way of a basic line… I truly received excellent customer care! I was not expecting that.
Ahsan did his very best to help guide me as what to do next and reassured me I would not be charged. We will see how that goes! However, if there is something mechanically wrong with my phone, or it did not get unlocked as the original provider indicated it was, because of this representative’s kind nature and great support, I will definitely connect with US Mobile and try it again, after I solve the hardware issues.
And I want to be clear, it’s not because of the free trial or the supposed best price for an unlimited plan, it is directly because I was able to speak to a human being like Ahsan. Who I was able to quickly talk to because he picked up right away. Also, who turned out to be an extremely professional, patient and again, super kind Rep especially in dealing with someone like me. I was a very frustrated customer looking to just activate a simple line on an older phone for basic needs. It didn’t happen but because of Ahsan, I will try again and perhaps give them another try.
