I spent 4 days trying to port over 2 phone numbers. dealing with the two providers who I was porting from was a nightmare. I got the wrong information, lack of knowledge and unresponsiveness. Finally one of the numbers was deactivate and I had to pay to get it reactivated. Once I did I called US Mobile and gave the information I got from the provider to a US Mobile rep named Zakria and within 10 minutes the transfer was made!
BTW after a short recorded greeting a rep picks up the phone no cascading menus to wade through!
