I was unable to get internet data connectivity through my cellular plan. I ended up talking to two support agents. They were both very polite and tried to be helpful, however, the first one seemed to be just suggesting "random" things to try as part of the trouble-shooting. That call went almost 1 1/2 hour.
I called again and this time Sarmad A. helped me. It was obvious that he was a lot more knowledgeable. He looked at the notes left by the previous rep and thought that maybe my eSIM was suspect. Maybe it wasn't getting registered properly on their side. He had me delete the eSIM; sent another one over and we tried. That took care of the issue. All the time I was working with him, he was polite and patient. He made sure that my setup was finally working before he hung up.
