God knows how many problems I've encountered with wireless phone carriers and cell phones! It's been a very frustrating experience, to say the least, trying to find the right phone with the right carrier until I found US Mobile. I worked with Nobel and one other customer service representative who were nothing short of OUTSTANDING! Nobel walked me through every phase of troubleshooting with patience, understanding and attention to detail. I've never had this level of service with any previous carrier. Because of him (and other helpful agents), I decided to stay with US Mobile and purchase a new phone. Thank you, Nobel for your excellent customer service.
