Nobel was terrific, very knowledgeable, polite, professional. I don't want to minimize his service today and handling of my call but I would say nothing short of what I experience every time I interact with USM. I have been a customer for quite some time now, I have to work with customer service to update my account when I need my autopay updated because of the type of plans I have but, I can honestly say that I have the highest value in the industry of any mobile carrier out there with US Mobile. I have the very best plans, I have the very best service, I have the very best network that you can use and am very fortunate to be a customer.
