Hello, our two lines have been having ongoing network issues and I worked directly with Joshua two different times today to troubleshoot to resolve this issue because we might have to move to Verizon which we don’t want to have to do. Joshua was very methodical and patient to troubleshoot both our phones so that we can try for the next few weeks to see if that makes a difference. I really appreciate his patience and professionalism. This is next level customer service, how lucky is US Mobile to have an employee like Joshua!
