The phone call I had with Hassan, I believe that was his name, was delightful. He was super helpful and super clear on his pronunciation of the letters and words to make sure that everything was typed up clearly. He was very thorough. And he knew exactly how to solve my problem which if someone before him would have known that the issue was what it was it wouldn't have saved me a lot of time.. But I would suggest teaching that workaround to your customer service team whenever they do encounters someone with an s21 or other affected Samsung devices. Hey thank you so much for coming through and resolving my issues. It may have taken a while but I'm glad it was solved.
