I had a fantastic experience with Ali Arslan and want to make sure my feedback reaches him so that he is recognized for his excellent customer service. I subscribed to US Mobile starter plan but my data service was not working. There were some technical issues with my phone and we had to add APNs manually. Ali not only sent me the required APNs but waited patiently on the call while I was inputting the APN details. This exercise didn’t fix the issue wholly and he had to change some other parameters at the backend. Once everything was in place, the data service worked flawlessly. I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism Ali displayed while we were on the call. This interaction is definitely going to make a US Mobile customer for many years to come.
