I've had issues with data usage being counted wrong, which led to my internet getting slowed down for no reason. And don't get me started on their website - it's full of outdated info and confusing plan descriptions. They do have some cool features, like Teleport for switching networks. But now they've made it so you have to pay extra for that unless you're on their top-tier plan. Coverage is okay, depending on where you are and which network you're on. But with all the constant changes and glitches, it sometimes feels like I'm beta testing a service rather than using a finished product. Bottom line: US Mobile can save you some cash, but be prepared for some headaches along the way. It might work for you if you don't mind dealing with a few hiccups, but if you want rock-solid reliability, you might want to look elsewhere.
