So Far,,,, US Mobile has pleased me and I am no a happy camper with most companies as Most Companies DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
You answer calls with very slim IVR requirements to reach LIVE SERVICE PROVIDERS.
You DO NOT Refer me to you web site and have multiple predicted reasons for my call.
You PUT A REAL PERSON on the call (Almost) IMMEDIATELY.
Stay that way. and use reasonable, common sense policies, understand more than simple issues and take prompt actions. Thanks for far.
