They quickly responded with pertinent suggestions! The tone in the email was knowledge and experienced. The response was at an appropriate knowledge level (didn't try to bowl me over with their knowledge,but didn't talk to me like I was an idiot either). Very helpful with several options to try then they checked in a few days later to see how things were going AND when I replied it was working better but still ittermient problems persist they didn't leave it there, they kept digging. Problem isn't 100% fixed, but we are working on it! The big names could really take a lesson from your tech support and customer service (didn't just blame it on the phone or the building and expect me to buy a new phone from them.) Thank you!
