I mean.. what can I say? Hands down the BEST customer service ever. My husband and I both switched from Verizon ($120 per month), to US Mobile ( just $30 per month for both of us and even more data!). My husbands phone is from the US and set up took seconds. My phone is from the UK and something was glitching, and they spent an hour with me on the chat box testing different things and generally being very helpful and kind. It now works and I'm over the moon! Every time I've tried to get in touch I can chat online with a real human within seconds, and the whole interface is so clean and simple - and fun! I love US Mobile - you guys really have it sussed. Thanks again!!
