Excellent company with excellent service. One of the very few companies that offers live 24hr online chat. Reps are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I initially contacted them to port out my number and move to another service provider that "technically" was offering a cheaper price of service when you bundle their plan and paid for 3months in advance. The US Mobile rep offered a very good discount that essentially allows me to have accouple of their bonus service add-ons basically for free. I appreciated the effort of the REP to keep me with their company, so I changed my mind and ended up staying with them. Highly recommend.
