I appreciate the availability of 24/7 customer service. This evening I worked with Kamran S. to complete another account setup and he was prompt and professional. The availability of plans that allow purchasing minutes only is wonderful and a blessing for my parents, who only want phones for talking! No texting, no data, just plain and simple talking!!! This also is a savings for them monthly by not paying for services they were never using.
