Salar Ashraf provided some excellent chat service to me today, my mobile hotspot was going slow, so he did one thing on his end, it didn't help much, then tried another thing on his end and it kicked my speed from .5 mbps to 1.1-1.3 mbps, it may not seem like much but it's a big difference.
