I recently moved and my cell service was no longer acceptable so last night I went to US Mobile's website and saw some interesting and simple plans. I immediately called their Customer Service number to find out more. It was 8:30 PST and Doud answered and was alert and pleasant from the start. I asked him questions about the company, the plans, the phones, coverage, networks, and he answered each question thoroughly without hesitation or pause. His knowledge base is incredible. I've been with my current provider for over ten years and never had a representative answer so quickly and accurately. I initially called just to get information but after Doud's professionalism, patience, and especially his helpfulness I ordered the starter kit and look forward to trying US Mobile's service. Reading the reviews here it looks like maybe, just maybe, US Mobile wants their employees to ACTUALLY HELP people instead of just pacify them. Thanks Doud!
