I purchased unlimited plans for 2 lines with US Mobile. Their prices were better than anything else I could find, and their unlimited plans include some fun perks. Other companies wanted to charge me $10 for each SIM activation kit, but I just had to pay shipping. I was disappointed when my attempt to activate both lines failed, and neither phone worked. However, it turned out that I had made a mistake when entering some information and the numbers couldn't be ported over. I contacted customer service, and Muhammad Affan helped me sort the problem out in a matter of minutes. He was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. I can't say yet whether or not the service is good, but so far I'm impressed!
