Have been a customer of US mobile for over a year and I have been very satisfied with their level of customer service.
My previous carrier cell phone finally died and I had to obtain a new one, although my new phone was not compatible with the standard sim from US Mobile, the very helpful service technician Mukesh Kumar was able to help me set up my new sim card, get me up and running in minutes and help me test the lines shared with my family. Thank you US Mobile and the helpful online service techs!
