I used USSupportAnimals to get an ESA letter, but the experience was disappointing. The customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. The therapist consultation felt rushed and not thorough. My landlord did not accept the ESA letter, saying it lacked the necessary details. I do not recommend USSupportAnimals.org for getting an ESA letter.
