They charge extra fees that you will never get back. These fees cover an insurance that will pay a minimal amount if THEY do something that ruins YOUR stuff. These fees can supposedly be removed if you show that you already have insurance on the stuff. However, they often don't remove the fees on some of your units and they NEVER send you a refund or credit for their mistakes even when they say, multiple times that they will. Working with the nice folks at the desk will make you feel better, until you find out that the credit or refunds they give you will never appear!!! So far, I'm out over $500!!! No apologies, no refunds that they said were on the way, no credits that they said that would be added to my account. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
