I started with Utility Point in May 2019, my dual fuel DD payments, based on previous years power usage, after higher DD's I argued and it reduced to £54.17 for a 2 months, then it rocketed to £130.99 without any warning. I wrote and argued about this but they never replied. Over the next 6 months my account with them had a credit balance approaching £300.
