I changed provider away from utility point in November 2020 . They owe me my outstanding balance of £211.25 . Still not refunded 3 months later . All I get is an automated e mail responce to my request of refund. An no answer on the telephone. Feel this company have robbed me , leaving a very bad taste .
Please avoid unless your happy throwing money away.
I hold the company “ look after my Bills”partially responsible as they changed me to utility point and then away from them , supposedly saving me money , but all they have done is cost me more 😡 ( that will be another review )
