I am very happy with the product. Originally, during the installation process, I was having difficulty fitting the windshield with the gasket into place. I called for assistance on the help-line and was directed to make sure the gasket was fully seated. My only complaint is concerning the process of putting on the gasket as we had to use rubber mallets to fully engage the gasket. Even then it was an extremely tight fit. I'm OK with the tight fit, but perhaps a word to notify customers more clearly on how the gasket needs to be fully seated, potentially with a rubber mallet, in order to install it in place
