I will definitely be purchasing my utv accessories from UTV Direct. I placed an order for a front and rear windshield for my RMAX. Within 30 minutes UTV Direct contacted me to verify my shipping address since it was different than my billing. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and thanked me for buying from their company that is also in Ohio where I live. This shows me that when orders are placed, they immediately get to work on filling the order and ship it ASAP. Also they want to make sure there is no mistakes with shipping. Great customer service.
