Staff was great when ordering initially, and items were received very quickly - one was received the next day. Had to return a couple things - not because of any problems with the items, just decided to get something different. Return process was a little time consuming, but went through ok. Again - staff was great and products were shipped quickly. Would order from UTV Direct again without hesitation.
