The mobile version of the website listed a closeout item as being non-returnable at the bottom of the page. When browsing the internet for fenders a search result brought me directly to the part I wanted. I scrolled to Add to Cart and placed my order. I never saw the closeout disclosure until after I initiated the return and was told that it is a closeout item. I then returned to the mobile website and saw it at the very bottom. If I would have scrolled further and saw that I would have never ordered it. This type if information should be displayed first thing on that item's web page. I feel as if I was duped. The customer service after wanted to charge me $45 to for their shipping cost then I was asked to pay a "discounted" shipping label of $52! The total order was only $165 to begin with! The mobile page was badly designed and is deceiving because it allowed me to order before seeing the disclosure at the bottom. I am extremely dissatisfied and will continue to let others know of the poor customer service. This is not how a company brings in future sales, by making a customer pay for what is ultimately a mistake on the company's end. Fix your website so it's CLEAR people know what they're signing up for. I never received a refund and now stuck with this unopened part that I didn't end up needing.
